Intellivision fan Mike Gauthier created a music video, starring himself, for our theme song, "My Intellivison." Mike first heard the song on the Intellivision Lives! collection for GameCube. "When I first heard the song, I instantly fell in love with it," he says. "I knew right then and there I had to make a music video for it." He completed the video last week and sent it to us. We loved it and gave him permission to post it. He says, "Thank you...I hope that a lot of people end up watching it and appreciating the awesomeness of the Intellivision!" So here it is:
"My Intellivision" was written by Tom Kahelin and is sung by Michael Schwartz. It is available on our music CD, Intellivision in Hi-Fi, which you can buy in our store. Mike put together the video with the help of his girlfriend using Pinnacle Studio 12 software. "I had so much fun making the video! We ended up listening to the song many times, and it STILL hasn't lost its touch."
Mike says he is long-time video game collector who got his first Intellivision console ironically, considering the last line of the song, at a garage sale.
